Raju Kane - Managing Director
A post-graduate in communications, Raju spent the initial part of his working life
as a journalist with news organisations like Business India, Business Standard, the Times of India
Group and the British Broadcasting Corporation. After a 14-year stint in the media, Raju moved on to
public relations. During his 12-year tenure in public relations, Raju has counselled clients from
diverse sectors such as IT, Telecom, FMCG, Media and Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare
and Financial Services among others.
Menka Shivdasani - Director
A journalist for more than 20 years, Menka has worked with publications like the South
China Morning Post in Hong Kong, Business India, the Observer, and Mumbai-based newspapers like the
Afternoon Despatch and Courier, and Mid-day. She has also written regular columns for Hindustan
Times and for South India-based Hindu Business Line (for which she wrote weekly television columns
for 10 years) and New Indian Express. Menka also has three volumes of poetry to her credit, two of
her own poems, and one an anthology of Partition poetry, published by the Sahitya Akademi, which she
co-edited. She heads the Content Management operations of the firm.
Archana Pradhan - General Manager, Media Relations
Archana has more than 15 years experience as a PR professional and has worked closely with clients
across verticals like Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Financial Services and Information Technology.
She heads the Media cell of the firm.
Pradeep Ghorpade - General Manager, Client Services
Pradeep heads the Client Services team of The Source. He has over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning and Event Management.
Ravi Prakash
After spending over 10 years in journalissm in several leading national newspapers, Ravi Prakash shifted to PR and looks after the Entertainment Practice of The Source.
